Yes, you can switch between billing periods at any time. If you switch from monthly to yearly, the change will take effect at your next billing date. If you switch from yearly to monthly, the remaining balance will be credited to your account.

If you cancel, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free tier. Your profile and data will be preserved.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date your subscription begins. During this period, you may cancel and receive a full refund. If you have used paid features during this time, the refund may be reduced proportionally. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Yes! You can have both consultant and client profiles. Each profile type has its own subscription, so you can choose the plan that fits each role.
