Hoopler Ltd, trading as Consultiverse (Company No. 16545618, registered in England and Wales)
Our Commitment
Consultiverse is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
While we strive to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our platform.
What We Are Doing
- Using semantic HTML elements for proper document structure
- Providing text alternatives for non-text content
- Ensuring sufficient colour contrast for text and interactive elements
- Making all functionality available from a keyboard
- Using ARIA attributes where appropriate to enhance screen reader compatibility
- Designing responsive layouts that work across different devices and screen sizes
- Ensuring form fields have associated labels
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations:
- Some older content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards
- Third-party content or functionality (such as payment processing via Stripe) may not be fully within our control
- Some interactive data visualisations may have limited screen reader support
We are working to resolve these issues and improve our accessibility on an ongoing basis.
